TeraFlex 2.5 Inch Budget Boost Suspension System

There are many good reasons to lift a Jeep and every one of them will make it more of a force to be reckoned with on the off road.  You might lift your rig in order to accommodate a larger wheel and tire package by increasing the amount of available room in the wheel well.  You might choose to lift your Jeep in an effort to add ground clearance to enable you to easily climb over rocks and stumps.  You might even decide that you want to lift it simply because you like the attitude that a lift will give your Jeep.

Going off road in your Jeep is fun.  However, you can’t expect it to be able to make it over every tree stump and rock that you see…at least not without lifting it.  You can’t expect it to slog through loose, deep sand or climb hills in mud.  You also can’t expect it to go the distance of the Baja and make it out unscathed.  In order to accomplish these sorts of things there will need to be some modifications completed on your Jeep.

He very first thing that you will need to do to your Jeep is get larger wheels and tires.  However, the tires that you will need are larger than what your unmodified Jeep is prepared to handle.  These larger wheels and tires though will give you the additional ground clearance that you will need to be able to clear those stumps and rocks.  The thing is, lifting a Jeep is more difficult than just adding a few longer springs to it.  Although most kits start out with longer shocks and springs, every inch in lift you achieve will mean modifications to other things will be needed.  Things like the brake lines, wiring, the drive train, the steering system and more will end up needing to be modified.  However, you can lift the body on the frame itself which will get you an additional couple of inches but serious lifting means a host of additional modifications.

Features at a Glance

·         With the Budget Boost Suspension System you will be able to lift your suspension a bit higher over your axles

·         Since this kit allows for the lifting if the body right on the frame, you can achieve up to 2.5 inches of additional ride height while not necessitating the modifications of other systems

·         With the TeraFlex made Budget Boost system you will be able to climb those steeper, mud covered hills

·         This suspension system boost will allow for tires with larger diameters to clear your wheel wells

·         With this kit made by TeraFlex you will be able to gain that additional ground clearance that you need for those off road jaunts

TeraFlex 2.5 Inch Suspension System

Pre-Runner Lift Kit

There are many reasons to lift your Jeep and all of them will make your rig more capable in situations off road.  You might want to lift it in order to accommodate larger wheels and tires by gaining more room in your wheel wells.  You might even want to lift it just to improve your ground clearance for when you are climbing over rocks and tree stumps.  You might even just want to lift it because you like the look of a lifted Jeep as well as the better view that you will have when you are perched in a driver seat so high in the air.

Features at a Glance

·         Lifts your suspension higher over your axles

·         Lift the body while still on the frame

·         Allows for greater approach and departure angles

·         Allows for larger tires to be able to clear the wheel wells

·         Greatly enhances your ground clearance

Off road driving in your Jeep might be a greatly enjoyable thing to do but don’t expect it to be able to conquer all the obstacles before you modify it.  You won’t be able to climb all of the hills or even slog your way through sand that is loose and deep.  You definitely will not be able to traverse the Baja unscathed.

You will first need to get larger tires for your Jeep.  However, those tires you need tend to be too large to fit in the wheel well and have total articulation.  You will also need to have additional ground clearance.  This will allow you and your Jeep to be able to climb over those rocky areas and clear the larger logs.

Raising your Jeep is a bit more involved than just adding some longer springs.  While it is true that springs and shocks are the starting point for most lift kits, each additional inch of height you want means that there are other components of your Jeep that will need modification.  Some of these things are the brake lines, wiring, the drive train and the steering system.  Lifting the body while it is still on the frame is good for getting you the 2 inch lift, but any higher and you will get into some serious mods.

With this kit from TeraFlex, you will have everything that you need to achieve the 2 inch lift that you want.  All of the components are heavy duty and trail ready.  All of the hardware that you will need to install the kit safely and properly is included as well as detailed instructions.

Maintain your center of gravity and save yourself from serious mods while gaining the ground clearance you need with this 2 inch lift kit by TeraFlex.
